See Chris Janson, Justin Moore, Chris Young and more “Jam” with Charlie Daniels Sunday on AXS TV

Blackbird PresentsYou can experience Charlie Daniels‘ 2018 Volunteer Jam this Sunday, as a new concert special premieres August 19 at 10 p.m. ET on AXS TV. The show was recorded March 7 at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.

The show, titled Volunteer Jam XX: A Tribute to Charlie Daniels, is headlined by the Country Music Hall of Famer, and also features performances by Chris JansonChris YoungJustin MooreLee BriceAlabamaThe Oak Ridge BoysTravis TrittSara EvansEddie Montgomery and Ricky Skaggs, as well as Southern rockers Lynyrd Skynyrd and ZZ Top‘s Billy Gibbons

In addition, the concert features a tribute to the late Gregg Allman that includes renditions of the Allman Brothers Band classics “Blue Sky” and “Midnight Rider” performed by Gregg’s son Devon, ex-Allman Brothers guitarist Dickey Betts‘ son Duane and former Allmans keyboardist Chuck Leavell.

At the concert, Gibbons sang the ZZ Top classic “La Grange,” Lynyrd Skynyrd played their signature song “Sweet Home Alabama,” and The Charlie Daniels Band performed their best-known hit, “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.” Bringing the concert to a close, all the performers joined together for a performance of the Allman Brothers’ “One Way Out.”
